 The photographers eye:

Vantage point, time, the frame, the thing itself, and detail

The thing itself- the background is contributing a sense of place of where the picture is being taken and contributes to the content in the picture.

Detail- the pictures are telling a story of the situation by focusing on a small portion of it.

Frame- Blocks other parts of the image with something in the scene. 

Time- a technique where film frames are captured during motion.

Vantage point- the position where the picture is taken.
